    Driver Nvidia Model 5612 Manual

Had a live chat with Nvidia and they said that the video card was made by one of its add partners EVGA or PNY. Gave me a web address for the driver: www.nvidia.com/download/driverresults.aspx/82577/en-us. I could not find any other useful information either on a search. This card was working on the Lenovo when pulled. I reinstalled Windows Vista Business on the Lenovo and knew I did not have the driver so I removed the video card. For info I bought a lot of these computers and did the same to all as is why I am listing video cards on Listia.

    Hope this answer helps.

On Tue 23:16:14 GMT your computer crashedcrash dump file: C:WindowsMinidump10-01.dmpThis was probably caused by the following module: (nvlddmkm+0x9A879)Bugcheck code: 0xC4 (0xF6, 0xBF8, 0xFFFFE000048CC900, 0xFFFFF9)Error:file path: C:Windowssystem32driversnvlddmkm.sysproduct:company:description: NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 331.82Bug check description: This is the general bug check code for fatal errors found by Driver Verifier.A driver references a user-mode handle as kernel mode. This appears to be a typical software. Hi Guy,Thank you for the detailed information related to the issue.Yes, the file nam e “ nvlddmkm.sys” is related to NVIDIA driver. Apart from a corrupt driver, it might also be an issue related to driver incompatibilitywith Windows 8.1.1) You have also mentioned that the driver is the most updated, but is it for Windows 8.1?2) What is the Make and Model of the computer? The error message “ IRQLNOTLESSOREQUAL” withBug check error code “ 0A” could be caused if paged memory (or invalid memory) is accessed when the IRQL is too high. The error that generates this bug check usually occurs after the installation of a faulty device driver, systemservice, or BIOS.First of all, I would suggest you to refer to the manufacturer website of the computer and check if you have the latest graphics driver (Nvidia) for Windows 8.1.

If the latest available driver is for Windows 8.1, downloadand install the driver. Make sure that you uninstall the current version and then install the latest one. If the latest driver is not for Windows 8.1, then, install the driver in Windows compatibility mode. Follow the steps:a) Press Windows+X key together and selectDevice Manager.b) Locate Display adapter and expand the driver icon. Right Click on the display driver and selectUninstall.

Hi Guy,Thank you for an update on this issue.Perhaps, the latest driver is itself the cause of the issue. Did you try installing the driver in Windows 8 compatibility mode?If not, try the same and see if it works. You can follow the suggestions that was provided earlier to find out how to do so.If that does not work either, I would suggest you to send us the dump files by responding to Private Message. This would assist us to find out what exactly is causing the issue apart from the information in driver verifier. You can send us the latest dumpfiles to analyze the issue better. Please let us know about the results.
